Basic Garage Plans
Basic plans by Behm Design are those which offer garage space only, suited to vehicle storage. They have no added versatility or features like attic, loft, second story, shop space, etc. We offer 90 of this type of garage plan in a great many sizes. Many of these plans have 1-foot depth dimension increments so your choice is greatly enhanced. Additionally, many feature the variable depth options so one can simply write in a preferred depth dimension to that which is shown on the plan. The drawing is not changed but this does convey intent in building to the inspectors, builders, etc.
