Building Depts. today often require a building permit, even for a shed. They will examine your shed plans for building code compliance.  Our plans are drawn to comply with the IRC code. Getting a building permit, cost estimating and building is easier with our new shed plans. Design influences are Eichler, Modern, Traditional. Current trends in home building and remodeling reflect a growing interest and appreciation of Modernist design  which has been developed in California in the mid century. Modernist design principles introduced by Bauhaus designers and architects emigrating to America before WWII. Modern Shed Plans drawings contain professional-level content established by architects, engineers, drafters and designers  - not often found in shed building plans.
