Sent by USPS Priority-Mail (or UPS Ground in many cases). If you place your order(s) by 2 pm EST your plans will ship that same day. If ordered later or on weekends, holidays, your plans will be shipped on the next business day. Priority Mail shipping promises 2 to 5 days delivery. However, the reality is, with Covid 19 impact and last year’s USPS operations damage, shipping has slowed in not all, but many cases. It can be 2 to 3 weeks according to customers.

Please order early to ensure enough time for you to receive plans when needed for your building permit/application and/or appointments. Alternatively (and recommended), you may buy plans’ PDF file through emailed link (instead of buying paper plans) and that can save lots of your time.
