Utility Shed Plans by Behm Design are for larger buildings than the standard garden shed size. Our Building Departments of today often require a building permit, even for a shed you want to build in your back yard. They will examine your shed plans for building code compliance.  We draw our plans to comply with today's IRC code. The  building permit, cost estimating and building is easier with our new shed plans. Utility Shed plans designs are conventional framed wall structures with structural/siding panel for single wall construction. Most of these sheds have a truss-framed roof for easy construction. We make our plans using professional-standard content established by architects, engineers, drafters and designers.
