This large garage plan was designed for full sized motorhomes with extra width for work space and walkaround. Garage plans of this size are hard to find, especially in the conventional framed construction type. An extended depth 1 car garage added to the right side creates excellent shop space if needed. It can be used or other purposes as well. This garage was carefully designed to maximize size and still comply with the code prescriptive compliant methods so additional engineering would not normally be required. (However, if building in a seismic C or D category location or one with extreme wind requirements extra engineering may be required locally)
