We are expanding our Monitor Garage Plans collection. This new plan, 925-1M, is a simple, clean-structured and up-to-date design with a compact footprint. The Monitor style garage usually has a garage space first floor level and an upper second floor that is narrower than the story below. With the garage level completely unobstructed (due to the long-spanning, I-joist second floor) you can appreciate use of the entire space. The stairway at the back wall, inside, gives easy access to the spacious room created above. There are many possibilities for ultimate use.
