This is the reversed version or garage plan 1200-1HD. The HD Series of Heavy Duty garage plans were created in response by customer demand for a very durable, thicker walled and floored garage that can take heavy use and big loads. Drive in that big and heavy truck or equipment through that 10 ft. wide by 8 ft. high garage door. Walls can be insulated if preferred and you can build storage racks onto those 2 x 6 framed walls.
